our menu

Our search for flavor, dept and connectivity between our techniques and produce is captured in one menu that changes throughout the year and by the available produce. Due to the complexity and length of our menu we cannot accommodate every dietary restriction, preference or allergy. Vegetarian, vegan and fish allergies or dislikes ask for too many adaptions to our menu and are therefore not possible. Shellfish/crustacean allergies and gluten and lactose intolerances are possible, but only if cross contamination is not a problem.

 

Our menu is always in between 13 and 15 servings depending on the season and costs €140 euro. We serve this menu on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

On Friday afternoon we serve a shorter version of the menu in a lunch service. This menu is 8 servings, costs 85 euro and is usually served in 2 hours. The start of the lunch service is 12h30.

 

The menu can be accompanied with a pairing of wines and sakes.

A wine list is available for drinking by the bottle.

The price of the wine and sake pairing is €80. It is also available in bob version.
